It is with immense pride and heartfelt purpose that I welcome you to Ultimate Career Guidance (UCG) — a platform born from years of experience, dedication, and a deep belief in the transformative power of education.
Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of working at one of India’s most respected coaching institutions, **Resonance Eduventures Ltd**, where I served from 2011 to 2025. My journey began as a Computer Science graduate (B.Tech), but my passion quickly led me beyond technology — into the heart of education, where I found my true calling: guiding students, mentoring educators, and shaping futures.
During my tenure at Resonance, I wore many hats — from operations and business development to teaching and career counseling. I was entrusted with leading Reso STaRT, the prestigious national-level scholarship and talent search program, from 2013 to 2018, impacting thousands of young minds across India. I also had the honor of counseling students for national and international Olympiads, as well as competitive exams like JEE and NEET, helping them navigate the complex landscape of academic choices and career paths.
What truly humbles me is the fact that I’ve personally guided over **10,000+ students** during this journey. Many of them are now thriving in top-tier companies such as Google, Microsoft, Samsung, Capgemini, Wipro, and other leading MNCs and Indian enterprises. Their success stories are not just a testament to their hard work, but also a reflection of the right guidance at the right time.
